Outside of work, I am a mother of four and a woman driven by dreams. Even as my children grow older, I continue to guide them, and everything I do is inspired by my desire to build a better life for my family. One of my biggest goals is to renovate and expand our home — a dream that keeps me motivated every day.
Before joining NightOwl, I worked at JPMorgan for four years. While I was grateful for the experience, the long hours of traveling from Cavite to BGC for on-site work became a daily challenge. I knew I needed a change — something that would give me both growth and balance.
When I learned about NightOwl through my supervisor, I saw an opportunity. The work-from-home setup and role alignment made it the perfect fit. Before deciding, I asked for a sign — and I got one. One day, I saw a white owl flying across the road in a place where it shouldn't have been. I took it as a sign to move forward, and I did.
Starting wasn't easy. I faced challenges in getting support at first, but I stayed committed. I attended every shadowing session, took notes, and made sure to learn. Those efforts paid off, and today I confidently perform in my role.
