Do you offer work-from-home opportunities?
Yes! The majority of our roles offer work-from-home arrangements, allowing you to build your career from the comfort of your own dedicated workspace. Some positions may require hybrid or on-site reporting, depending on client and operational needs, and we're always transparent about the setup in every job posting.
What is your work-from-home policy?
Work-from-home is built on trust, and trust is earned through consistency. Work-from-home doesn't mean working from coffee shops, while traveling, or with unstable internet. It means being fully prepared and fully present.
To succeed in a work-from-home role, you'll need:
- A quiet, dedicated workspace
- A stable high-speed internet connection
- Backup internet and power
- Professional availability during scheduled work hours

Where are your office locations?
Our main office is located in Quezon City, conveniently situated right across SM North EDSA, making it easily accessible via major transport routes and close to dining, shopping, and everyday essentials.
What are the typical work shifts?
Our shifts are set to match US client hours, so you're always connected, contributing, and building real-world global expertise.
Do you offer part-time or freelance roles?
We currently focus on full-time opportunities, so you can enjoy steady pay, benefits, and a career that grows with you.
Compensation & Benefits
How often do employees get paid?
At NightOwl, paydays are always on schedule, twice a month on the 7th and 22nd, so you can plan ahead with confidence. Your hard work is rewarded, on time, every time.
Do you offer healthcare and other benefits?
Yes! At NightOwl, we take care of our team. You receive health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus the option to enroll up to two eligible dependents under your HMO, because your well-being and your family’s matter to us.
When do my benefits start?
We value your well-being from day one. For most roles, your benefits kick in on your very first day of employment, so you can start your career fully supported.
Do you offer holidays and paid time off?
Absolutely! Our employees follow the US holiday schedule of the client they support, plus you’ll enjoy Service Incentive Leave (SIL), giving you time to rest, recharge, and balance work with life.
When can I start using SIL?
90 days in, and your SIL is ready. A reward for your commitment.
Training & Onboarding
Do you provide computer equipment?
Yes! We make work-from-home easy with a fully equipped desktop, dual monitors, and all accessories included to keep you productive and connected.
What should I expect during onboarding?
Onboarding starts the moment you accept your offer! Our team will guide you through all employment requirements, while IT ensures your computer and equipment are ready for a smooth start. On your first day, you’ll enjoy a welcome orientation and, if applicable, begin training to set you up for success from day one.
Is training provided?
Absolutely! Most roles start with training led by NightOwl, ensuring you’re fully prepared before joining your client team. Some positions may receive direct client training. Our experienced trainers and robust Learning Management System give you the tools, resources, and guidance to succeed from day one.
Is training paid?
All training is fully paid, starting from your very first day, so you can focus on learning and growing without worry.
How long is the training period?
Training length depends on the role, but most positions are ready to launch in 1–2 weeks. Some roles may have a slightly longer training period to ensure you’re fully confident and prepared for success.
